I’m so sorry to hear he missed his Valentine’s Day party at school! I hope he’s feeling better now and hopefully they still collected Valentine’s for him to bring home!
I’m pretty sure they did. I dropped off the cards my son prepared for the other students (the teacher said she’d have another student distribute them), and the kids had all decorated their bags/boxes earlier in the week. It’s Saturday morning now, and he finally slept well last night. His energy is much better today!
Poor thing – it is so disappointing to children. Hope he is feeling good before long.
Today was another rough day, though his fever has gone down significantly. I just hope he gets some sleep tonight. Darn cough!
I will keep him in my prayer for quick recovery so he can enjoy a belated Valentines Party
Thank you. Now that I’ve come down with it, too, I know it’s the flu. We hope to be out and about again soon.
